  These people are rude, pushy and arrogant. We have tried repeatedly to get them to leave us alone. H Called the Corporate office who assured us we would no longer be harassed by local sales people. Guess what...they call anyway. had to resort to blocking phone numbers, and then they use a friend's phone to get through. Honestly, after being so annoyed by them, do they really think we would do business with them?? As the other review said....RUN!

  Agent came to my house, unsolicited. Seemed like a great guy. He was dressed nice and seemed very professional. We met with him the following weekend at his office in Tarpon after I spoke to him face to face in my yard. Since the business had a respectable location, we trusted them. He promised to sign my husband up for medicare under a Humana plan that would pay us back $94 per month. After waiting for a health check, my husband was issued a very expensive life insurance policy. He assured us that if we could not afford a payment, just call the office and they would suspend the monthly debit from our bank. Also, the money we would receive back from the Humana plan would help cover the life insurance policy. The first month they took out two drafts, to a tune of $400! Later, we were so broke we could not afford to pay our monthly bills. So, we called to get a break for one month like he said we could. We were told he no longer worked there. We were assigned a new agent that informed us that we had signed contract for ONE YEAR and that they don't suspend billing just because you're short that month. Also, Social Security informed us that my husband was NEVER signed up for medicare under ANY plan. We closed the bank account they were debting each month. They then sent us a bill for $600. I am going to contact the Florida Insurance Commissioner and possibly file complaints. DO NOT TRUST this company, or any other insurance agent that knocks on your door unsolicited!

  This office is a ripoff to customers. CMS should investigate this office for violations of not disclosing that they are an insurance company when making appointments with senior citizens. Giving investment advise without being properly licensed. Misrepresenting prospects.
