  This physician practices in an extremely old converted private residence. He keeps pets in his office and the interior leaves an overall dingy impression. I don't have any particular negatives about the service, but neither do I have anything positive to say. My particular issue comes from their billing practices. I just recently received a bill from this office for a service I received over a year ago. The statement date at the top says 06/24/10 even though I've received the bill on 08/12/11. It does not show a payment from my insurance company even though when I contacted the office about the bill they told me there was an insurance payment on 07/19/2010 when I look at the bill there is no itemized line for an insurance payment on that date. At the top it does say last payment received 07/19/2010 in the amount of $69.30 which also happens to be the exact amount of the 90 day late fee which they tacked onto my bill. Something was very fishy about this billing statement (aside from its lateness), and when I talked to the elderly women who runs the office I was treated like a deadbeat who doesn't pay their bills despite my utmost attempts at courtesy and compromise. I was assured they would never make a billing mistake, that I had ignored all previous attempts to collect, and that was going to be the end of the discussion. If you have any other options in a medical provider I would advise you exercise them and avoid this place.
