  Very unprofessional staff especially when other nurses refer to other nurses when talking to residents families as my friend and not the patients nurse.

  A long time friend of mine, Carlos Perez has been at the rehabilitation center for over 2 years. We talk to each other every night and as we are talking I can hear the aides come in and ask if everything is good, if he needs anything. I ask him about the food and he says that he is very content with the menu. When they noticed that he is on the phone, they politely tell him that they will come back later or for him to call them when he is ready. I have been talking to him about going through rehab as to walking exercises and getting rehab to be able to have movement in his hands, he spoke to the staff and they are working with him to accomplish his goals as to being able to someday live a normal life away from the rehab center. I'm working on being able to visit him soon and to be able to meet and thank the staff personally for the great efforts in taking care of their patients.
