- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This practice does NOT take insurance. You will be charged $400 per hour, or $198 per half hour to even review lab results with your provider. And they can and will send labs to an out of state lab which my insurance did not cover, without notifying me, so I am stuck now paying thousands of dollars for labs. This will take me years to pay off. This is a rich person's "boutique" practice and unless you are that, it will only cost you $$. Staff is disorganized to say the least and as previously mentioned, to even speak with the dr, they will ask for your credit card info first.
